I am invited to speak about the World Listening Project at the 4th International Soundscape Retreat & Symposium: Negotiating Space/Place In the Changing Soundscape, organized by the Canadian Association for Sound Ecology (CASE), and New Adventures in Sound Art (NAISA), June 12–14 on Gabriola Island, British Columbia. Additional speakers include Hildegard Westerkamp, Barry Truax, Charlie Fox, Noora Vikman, and Eric Powell.  For the soundscape concert on Saturday, June 13 I will play “701km” a new piece created with Anna Friz.
