“What If Sound Matters?” MSAE and The Department of Audio Art & Acoustics Host Scott Bernstein
The Midwest Society for Acoustic Ecology (MSAE) is pleased to announce its Fall Event Series, kicking off with “What If Sound Matters Too: Revisiting the Potential for Healthy Soundscape.” This lecture by Scott Bernstein is co-hosted by The Department of Audio Arts & Acoustics at Columbia College Chicago, and takes place on campus, at 33 E. Congress Parkway, Basement, 7pm Wednesday, Sept. 21. Admission Free.
Scott Bernstein is the President and co-founder of the Center for Neighborhood Technology, and his talk will suggest agendas for research, demonstration and local policies that can make healthy soundscapes attainable.
